Space Battleship Yamato Trailer

Lucky Japan! You get Space Battleship Yamato on December 1.

I love Space Battleship Yamato, and I wasn't sure it would translate well into live action, but it looks good.

What am I saying?  It looks great!  With the exception of the Steven Tyler song in the trailer that gave me a serious Armageddon vibe, I cannot wait to see it.  I don't speak Japanese, and they have not announced an English Sub or Dub version yet, but I will keep my eyes open.  Until it comes out, I will rewatch the original series on Netflix Instantview.
