New Planet of the Apes called Cesar?

Would you want to see a Planet of the Apes Movie called Caesar in which an ape becomes super-intelligent and leads a simian uprising?

I have mixed feelings over this project, my gut reaction to this pitch is no.  I already own Battle for the Planet of the Apes.

I could get interested if they kept to the spirit of the original Planet of the Apes films.  What made the original Planet of the Apes so brilliant is the political dialogue and social commentary that was in it and was still lighthearted fun and goofy.  The effects and look could also due to be shot with a larger budget since by the time they shot Battle for the Planet of the Apes they had an incredibly diminished budget.
