NIN's $300 Ghosts Sells Out!
Nine Inch Nails sold 2,500 copies of the $300 version of their new album, Ghosts I-IV in just 3 days, while giving away copies and selling others for as low as $5.
To me, this is proof of concept, but I wonder what the mainstream press has to say. InfoWeek reports that they think it was more successful than Radiohead's Rainbows, but I am not sure how Reznor could have done worse. I hope this is a sign of great things to come.
