I love the look of this, it's like a low tech version of hi-tech machinery. The amount of craftsmanship is breathtaking. I wonder if it has movable parts. My goal is to create the idea of an object that remains a dream. the artist Michael T. Rea's I chuckle because it reminds me of the Futurama episode where Bender goes to get an upgrade and runs away ending up on an island with other out-dated robots. He ends up replacing his parts with wooden ones until he is entirely made out of wood.
