ABA says Bush exceeds his powers

The ABA speaks up for the constitution:

CHICAGO -- The American Bar Association denounced President Bush's warrantless domestic surveillance program Monday, accusing him of exceeding his powers under the Constitution (Seattle PI).

I hope more people pick up this story and run with it. It is important for us to stand up for the Constitution and to defend the American way of life from these cretins in Washington.
